Seth Grahame-Smith (of Pride and Predjudice and Zombies fame) released a new book this past March; Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. While I have not read it yet - I have bought it and it's on my "to do" list - the premise alone is fantastic! The movie adaptation, said to be produced by Tim Burton, is set to come out in 2011 and is listed as "pre-production" on IMDB.com. I'm so enamoured with the possible plot lines this book brings to my mind that I created an Etsy Treasury all about it! Please click the link and view each item to read more about them.

I haven't read it yet, either but I definitely will. If Tim Burton is doing the movie, I'm so there! P&P&Z is such a great book. I've also got Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters on my "Read Soon" list.
ReplyDeleteSSM is great - I loved it. But PPZ blows it out of the water! I literally couldn't put it down! Now the prequel is out: "Dawn of the Dreadfuls". I need to get it and then it'll probably jump to the front of my reading list. ;)
